At Polywave Studios, we use a fully tested, reliable VCR player. We have never experienced issues with playback or had any tapes damaged during operation. However, unforeseen problems can occur, and a tape could be accidentally damaged. For this reason, Polywave Studios is not responsible for any tapes that are lost or damaged.
We pledge that all of the content of our clients will remain private. However, this rule will be waived if discovery of conditions, actions, or behavior has or is resulting in danger or harm to any individual or is part of deliberate criminal activities. These matters would be passed along to local health officials or law enforcement.
