At Polywave Studios, we have a working, tested VCR player. We have never had an issue with playing VHS tapes on it nor have we had any tapes damaged during use. However, this does not mean that the unthinkable might happen and a tape be ruined accidentally. We are not responsible for any damaged or lost tapes.
We pledge that all of the content of our clients will remain private and their personal privacy maintained, unless given specific permission. However, this rule will be waived if discovery of conditions, actions, or behavior has or is resulting in danger or harm to any individual or is part of deliberate criminal activities. These matters would be passed along to local health officials or law enforcement.
